Arizona state law requires that all students be completely immunized before attending school. Please make arrangements for immunizations with your family physician or the county health department. We will exclude non-immunized students from school in the event of an epidemic. Be sure to complete the special forms, available in the health office, for an exception to the immunization requirement.
